A copy of the peace treaty in the hands of Nestor Messina.
Marius Bassianus, in the same year of his appointment to Prime Minister of Anatoray in Guild Date 654, penned a letter to the Disith government requesting peace. Disith had been waging war with Anatoray for ten years by that time and showed no sign of stopping.
The letter was to be delivered by Hamilcar Valca, Georges Head, Alexander Row, and Euris Bassianus by vanship through the Grand Stream. The mission to deliver the letter was a failure, resulting in the deaths of Hamilcar, Georges, and Euris and the original copy was thought to be lost. Because the letter was never received by the Disith, they continued their war with Anatoray.
Ten years later, in Guild Date 664, when Sophia Forrester ascended the throne of Anatoray, she attended an armistice with Nestor Messina at David Mad-thane's Disith-occupied estate. There, she gave to him a duplicate of the original letter in person. It bore Marius Bassianus' signature and seal. Because of it, the result of the meeting was the creation of the Alliance.
The next year, when the interior of Exile was being explored, the original copy of the peace treaty was discovered by Tatiana Wisla, Alister Agrew, and Alvis E. Hamilton, still in its sealed mission cylinder. It was then given to Claus Valca and Lavie Head upon the discovery of the vanship that belonged to their fathers. During the funeral of Hamilcar Valca and Georges Head, the treaty was ceremoniously handed to Dunya Scheer, a Disith musketeer, by the children of the mission-takers.
