Ethan Pelerin (イーサン・ペルラン Īsan Perurin) is a crew member aboard the Silvana. He is voiced by Tomokazu Seki (Japanese) and Tony Oliver (English).
Ethan is a mechanic who serves on the Silvana flight deck crew. He is the youngest of the mechanics and thus the one who gets stuck with the worst jobs. He is pleased when Mullin Shetland joins the flight deck crew because there's finally someone lower than him on the totem pole.
Aboard the Silvana, Ethan is known for entertaining others with his repertoire of party tricks, including breathing fire (fueled by high-proof alcohol).
