Justina Valca (ユスティーナ・ヴァルカ Yusutīna Varuka) is the wife of Hamilcar Valca and mother of Claus Valca. She is voiced by Keiko Aizawa (Japanese) and Dorothy Elias-Fahn (English).
After the Valca family moved to Norkia and became neighbors with Georges Head, Justina took care of Lavie Head, whose mother died in childbirth. Justina died at the age of twenty-eight, just six months after her husband disappeared in the Grand Stream, leaving both Claus and Lavie as orphans.
