One of the five leading generals supporting Luscinia Hāfez. A stoic military man who commands the Second Fleet, which is widely known as the strongest annihilation unit and feared by neighboring countries.
Personality[]
Despite being a bold and stern general, Kayvān has a humane and compassionate personality, which earns him great trust from his subordinates. He and Luscinia Hāfez is shown to have a soft heart towards Sārā Augusta.
He is also shown to have cared for Empress Farahnāz Augusta. After witnessing her assassination in Backward Pawn, he tried to commit suicide to join her in death and had to be restrained.
