Old Federal Vanships are a type of vanship used by the Ades Federation.
As unarmed, single-engine, two-seat crafts, they function similarly to the courier-type vanships used on Prester. Also like courier-type vanships, they can be customized and used in races by their pilots. Old Federal Vanships are still in common use in the underground vanship races at Eldorado.
