Vimal served as First Officer aboard a Old Federal Battleship in the Provincial Fleet.
Vimal was originally from Chaos. After the country's absorbtion into Ades Federation, he continued to serve in the Provincial Fleet. He looked up to General Vasant, believing that she would protect the people of Chaos from the bloody purges directed against other nations that had been integrated into Ades.
During the Ades invasion of Glacies, Luscinia Hāfez assigned the Provincial Fleet to the vanguard position, knowing it would be completely destroyed by the Glacian defenses. Vimal was killed when his ship was sunk by Rocket Fighters.
